Finding Success in A Growing Industry: Monterey, California Lawyers Meeting The Legal Needs Of CannaBusinesses

Monterey, California law firm L+G, LLP Attorneys at Law and their top CannaBusiness lawyer Gavin Kogan are leading the way in California by providing clients

Monterey, CA, May 31, 2014 - Monterey, California law firm L+G, LLP Attorneys at Law and their top CannaBusiness lawyer Gavin Kogan are leading the way in California by providing clients with the experienced legal assistance they require to provide their customers with needed medical cannabis while building a profitable, legally sound cannabusiness.

Firm Founder and Partner Jeff Gilles believes “It is imperative that each jurisdiction begin a planning process that embraces the fact that our local citizens should be able to purchase Cannabis locally for medicinal purposes rather that driving to another jurisdiction to fill a prescription. We are losing tax revenue, increasing Green House Gas Emissions attributable to unnecessary miles, and increasing the burden on patients suffering from MLS, Cancer and other illnesses where Cannabis has successfully been used to help those patients.”

Much of their interest has stemmed from the lack of available dispensaries in Monterey and San Benito Counties. “There are three kinds of counties, those that ban it outright, those that regulate it, and the most malicious has nothing on the books,” Kogan said in a Monterey County Weekly cover story by Mary Duan on May 29, 2014. “Well, maybe ‘malicious’ is too strong. But because of it, people don’t know what to do. If the county banned it, it would be easy, we could not run operations there.” L+G, LLP Attorneys at Law believes in changing perceptions and changing laws. They have a proven track record at achieving political and governmental advocacy for their clients and the fledgling and growing CannaBusiness industry is going to need careful navigation to achieve its goals.

L+G, LLP Attorneys at Law is leading the way in California on Cannabis Dispensary Law and the coming legalization of recreational marijuana. The firm advises and represents cannabusinesses handling marijuana as well as cannabusinesses that not directly handling marijuana, also known as "ancillary" cannabusinesses. They support their clients with the legal knowledge they will need to effectively structure and operate a cannabusiness.

Clients confidently rely on Attorney Gavin.Kogan to help them identify and manage the legal issues that are relevant to a cannabusiness now, during prohibition. and in the future after legalization. This means that Mr. Kogan holds a command of the law, not only as it exists today, but also with respect to how it may evolve. This professionally developed legal judgment enables Mr. Kogan to critically assess both state and federal legal developments.

As an active participant in ARCView and in the cannabusiness community in general, Mr. Kogan appreciates the need to provide collaborative legal representation in this area of practice. He knows that cannabusiness owners want attorneys they can work with on an individual level in order to develop long-term legal business strategies tailored specifically to their own unique interests.

The bottom line of cannabusiness is the same as any business – the constant striving to have a sound, productive firm. But in order to be successful, cannabusinesses must be able to protect their product from seizure by law enforcement and avoid operation shutdowns. Working with a strong law firm who has the experience to minimize loss and disruptions is tantamount. Gavin Kogan and L+G, LLP Attorneys at Law are dedicated to preparing cannabusinesses for success.

California Legislature Recognizes Museums, Snoopy License Plate to Fund Museums

The California State Legislature unanimously passed a bill yesterday with bipartisan support to recognize the essential role that museums have in the State of California as educational institutions.

Santa Cruz, CA, May 27, 2014 - The California State Legislature unanimously passed a bill yesterday with bipartisan support to recognize the essential role that museums have in the State of California as educational institutions. This overwhelming endorsement complements a program underway to put the beloved beagle Snoopy on California license plates and help fund the state’s museums at the same time. In recognition of California Museums Month, Californians are invited to visit www.snoopyplate.com to pre-order their Snoopy license plates and support the vital work of museums in preserving and sharing our State’s culture and heritage.

Assembly member Ian Calderon (D-Whittier) introduced ACR 115 California Museums Month, a measure that designates May 2014 as California Museum Month and invites all Californians to recognize and celebrate the vital role museums serve as educational institutions. “California museums play an essential role in our state,” stated Assembly member Calderon in a press release. “They are not only the key drivers of tourism, but also an excellent source of educational programs that enhance a student’s learning experience.” Assembly member Calderon is the Chair of the Committee on Arts, Entertainment, Sports, Tourism and Internet Media.

The license plate features a reproduction of an original drawing of Snoopy by Peanuts cartoonist Charles Schulz. Proceeds from sales will establish a competitive grant program to support California’s museums, administered by the California Cultural and Historical Endowment (CCHE), a State entity.

In less than four months, over 3,800 Californians have pre-ordered the special interest license plate to support museums – which is more than half the number needed to establish the program. The Department of Motor Vehicles will begin issuing the Snoopy license plates upon receipt of 7,500 paid applications.

The Snoopy plate is also an opportunity to commemorate Santa Rosa cartoonist and cultural icon Charles Schulz. Jean Schulz, the widow of Peanuts cartoonist Charles Schulz, the Schulz family, and Peanuts Worldwide are generously allowing access to the original drawing for this special plate.

The California Cultural and Historical Endowment (CCHE) was established at the California State Library in 2003. AB 482 (Atkins) transferred the CCHE to the California Natural Resources Agency in 2014. CCHE grants have helped to preserve the many historic treasures that are California's cultural legacy. Current funding for CCHE projects is from voter-approved Proposition 40 bonds from the California Clean Water, Clean Air, Safe Neighborhood Parks, and Coastal Protection Act of 2002. Approximately $122 million was appropriated to CCHE to distribute competitively for the acquisition, restoration, preservation and interpretation of historical and cultural resources. http://resources.ca.gov/cche/

The California Association of Museums (CAM) is a non-profit service organization representing the interests of California’s 1,400 museums, including art and history museums, aquariums, natural history museums, science centers, children's museums, zoos, cultural centers, and botanical gardens. CAM assists California museums in fulfilling their missions as educational and research institutions that interpret and preserve art and cultural and scientific collections for public benefit. www.calmuseums.org

The PEANUTS characters and related intellectual property are owned by Peanuts Worldwide LLC, a joint venture owned 80% by Iconix Brand Group, Inc. and 20% by members of the Charles M. Schulz family. Iconix Brand Group, Inc. owns, licenses and markets a growing portfolio of consumer brands. The company licenses its brands to a network of leading retailers and manufacturers that touch every major segment of retail distribution from the luxury market to the mass market in both the U.S. and worldwide. Through its in-house business development, merchandising, advertising, and public relations departments Iconix manages its brands to drive greater consumer awareness and equity.

Monterey Program for Executive Health Adds New Screenings to its Executive Exam

Dr. Geiler and Team Offer World-class Medicine In A World-Class Destination

Monterey, CA, May 27, 2014 — A distinctive program designed to give clients an efficient and comprehensive medical evaluation in one of the most coveted resort and golf destinations in the country, The Monterey Program for Executive Health approaches preventative medical care with patients’ time and comfort in mind. The elite physicians at The Monterey Program spend a full day with the patient to complete comprehensive screening, imaging and other advanced diagnostics—all in a sanctuary setting.

The program is the first executive health program in Northern California to add new screenings for:
Alzheimer screening. Dr. Geiler and his team are the first in Northern California to offer this advanced screening through an Executive Exam program.  Dr. Geiler and his team administer a blood test for Alzheimer's disease that predicts with astonishing accuracy whether a healthy person will develop the disease

General dementia
Lung cancer screening. There is evidence that screening persons aged 55 to 74 years who have cigarette smoking histories of 30 or more pack-years and who, if they are former smokers, have quit within the last 15 years reduces lung cancer mortality by 20% and all-cause mortality by 6.7%.

Screening for Diabetes early markers
“Our goal at the Monterey Program is to help our clients fully understand their medical picture, so they can convert that knowledge into action,” Dr. Geiler says.  “In addition to undergoing the most advanced diagnostics in the medical industry, the client is given a comprehensive risk-factor assessment that analyzes family and patient medical histories and current lifestyle habits. Experienced, licensed professionals evaluate the status of patients’ nutrition and fitness levels and work with the physicians to create tailored lifestyle suggestions that integrate seamlessly into their often busy daily routines. The client and doctor will then work together to develop a personalized wellness plan that includes a discussion of risk factors and illness prevention.

When the evaluation is complete, the client receives an extensive, customized medical report with a health profile, results, interpretations and recommendations for follow-up care. This detailed report of the patient’s evaluation is conveniently stored as a digital file on a small flash drive.

As an additional service, the Monterey Program offers corporate packages for businesses to provide to their top executive officers. The program can turn essential preventative care into a productive and relaxing corporate retreat.

Monterey Program For Executive Health Concierge Services:
The Monterey Program is unlike any other executive health program, as it offers more than just a superior medical evaluation—it offers an invaluable wellness experience.

From the moment a client arrives at the Monterey Regional Airport, their personal concierge provides transportation to one of our outstanding hospitality partners. On the day of their executive physical, the client’s personal concierge escorts them to the hospital and remains their guide throughout their day of wellness.

Not only does the friendly team on concierge and the Monterey Program manage all aspects of the executive evaluation, they are eager to make clients’ retreats memorable by helping them discover the splendor of the Monterey Bay Area. This stunning region, where the mountains taper down to the shore, provides an abundance of hiking trails, bicycling paths and other recreational activities such as golfing, kayaking and diving. If golf is a priority, The Monterey Program is a proud partner of Pebble Beach Golf Links, the site of the AT&T Pebble Beach National Pro-Am, and one of the most visually stunning courses in the world.

The Monterey Program is located on the campus of top-rated Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula (CHOMP), which is nestled in the lush Del Monte Forest.  CHOMP is a fully accredited hospital honored by Healthgrades Patient Safety Excellence Award for 2 years in a row (2011-2012), in addition to its 100 Best Hospitals for: Cardiac Surgery (2012-2013), Orthopedic Surgery (2012-2013), and Spine Surgery (2012).

Profiles in Courage: Rebel Ink Magazine Salutes a Double Mastectomy Cancer Survivor and Tattooed Wounded Warrior in Special Cover Article

As an inspiration to us all, the upcoming issue of Rebel Ink magazine, which launches Memorial Day weekend, is portraying two beautiful people on its cover who have overcome tremendous personal challenges.

Paramus, NJ, May 20, 2014 - As an inspiration to us all, the upcoming issue of Rebel Ink magazine, which launches Memorial Day weekend, is portraying two beautiful people on its cover who have overcome tremendous personal challenges. Carrie Jewell Dugo, a breast cancer and double mastectomy survivor, and Alex Minsky, a wounded warrior who suffered serious injuries including the loss of his leg in Afghanistan, have bodies that are considered “non-traditional.” Profiled in depth in Rebel Ink, we revel in how both have regained their self-esteem and inspired others through their unique tattoo experiences.

Australian-born Carrie Jewell Dugo was diagnosed with breast cancer during her pregnancy and had a double mastectomy to save the life of her child. Chemo and multiple reconstructive surgeries left Carrie disfigured and scarred physically and emotionally. After dealing with stress, anger, depression and body image issues, she decided that she wanted her children to perceive her as a confident happy Mom. She used the Gerson Therapy for healing, attended spiritual retreats and nutritional weekends. Carrie then decided to help herself and inspire others by having a beautiful corset tattoo applied over her scars by Dawn-Marie of SkinFlower Cosmic Arts, a skilled tattoo artist in upstate New York where Carrie now lives. Inspired by the corset costumes she always admired in a favorite film, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Carrie explains, “For me, getting tattooed was empowering. After every session, I felt my confidence and strength grow. So I am happy people find me inspirational.”

Orange County, CA resident Alex Minsky was a Marine for nearly three years in 2010 when his vehicle ran over an IED (Improvised Explosive Device) while serving in Afghanistan and he suffered serious leg and brain injuries. He was in a coma for 47 days with total memory loss and his leg was amputated. Although he had tattoos prior to entering the Marines, he went to Rick Williams Balboa Tattoo in Newport Beach and Sterling Barck at Costa Mesa Tattoo to obtain more extensive tattoos on his body. While he was working out to regain strength, a photographer approached him, took some photos. Soon after, Alex became a model, totally exposing his athlete blade prosthesis with pride to help others with injuries. Alex explains, “When I struggle, I need something, and I find inspiration from other things. I’m glad people are finding inspiration from other things, and if it’s my picture, then that’s a good thing.”

Tattoos are an art form that date back to 6000 BC and have been gaining more mainstream acceptance in recent years as a visual form of personal expression. According to a Pew Research Center report from December, 2013, the total percent of Americans who have at least one tattoo are 14% or 45 million. There are 21,000 tattoo parlors in the U.S. and Americans spend over $1.65 billion on tattoos.

Founded six years ago, the award-winning Rebel Ink magazine (www.rebelinkmag.com) focuses on many cutting edge aspects of tattoos and the magazine now enjoys a 100,000 circulation. It is available at Barnes and Noble, Target, Walmart, 7-11, Rite Aid and many other retailers, and by subscription. This international magazine celebrates unique tattoos, tattoo artists, and celebrities through interviews and high quality photographs. Rebel Ink is part of the same company that also publishes Urban Ink and Skin & Ink for people of color.

Commenting on the issue that launches Memorial Day, Rebel Ink Editor-in-Chief, Paul Gambino, explains, “We chose Carrie Jewell Dugo and Alex Minsky as our cover models to show the world two tattooed individuals who exemplify courage and used tattoos for their own healing process. We hope it opens the eyes of others to the world of tattoos and how this form of personal expression is an art form like others to be admired...and inspire others.”

Tattoos have been highlighted in numerous recent films including The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Hangover series, and more. Tatoos are seen on numerous actors including Veritas Aequitas in The Boondock Saints, Dolarhyde’s entire backside in Red Dragon, Robert De Niro in Cape Fear, Mila Kunis in Black Swan, Guy Pearce in Memento, in the New Grand Auto Theft video game characters, among many others. Tattoed celebrities include Johnny Depp, Angelina Jolie, Mike Tyson, Dwayne Johnson, David Beckham and Rhianna, among many others. Tattooed models are finally accepted on the runways around the world, allowing the tattoo art form to come out of the closet, so to speak.

Perhaps not to the extent as Carrie and Alex, other military veterans have been tattooed with visible memories of conflict, loss and suffering. Breast cancer survivors have also used tattoos to commemorate their survival and celebrate the fight against breast cancer. More professionals, such as lawyers, doctors, real estate brokers, bankers, now have tattoos. However, some employers still do not allow them to be visible in the workplace.

Communities in Schools Pennsylvania Announces Continued Improvement Graduation Rates

Every 26 seconds, a young person in America drops out of school. When students drop out, they are more likely to end up in poverty, suffer poor health, be dependent on social services, and enter the criminal justice system

Harrisburg, PA, May 16, 2014 - As kids around the country are graduating, Communities In Schools of Pennsylvania – part of the nation’s largest and most effective organization dedicated to keeping kids in school and helping them succeed in life – today released a report demonstrating the organization’s impact on dropout rates, highlighted by local success stories. The report was released as part of a national public awareness campaign featuring young people from around the country who have graduated from high school as a result of their involvement with Communities In Schools.
“The work we do has changed the lives of thousands of Pennsylvanians, and we look forward to continuing our services and empowering students to stay in school. said Ryan Riley, President of Communities In Schools Pennsylvania, in the new report, entitled Changing the Picture of Education in Pennsylvania. “Our staff has the talent and past success to positively change the future for even more students across the Commonwealth.”

Every 26 seconds, a young person in America drops out of school. When students drop out, they are more likely to end up in poverty, suffer poor health, be dependent on social services, enter the criminal justice system and cost the U.S. billions of dollars each year in lost revenue and increased spending on government assistance programs. To change the picture in Pennsylvania, Communities In Schools is serving nearly 39,000 students in 58 schools this year, working hand in hand with districts, communities, partner organizations and families to surround students with a strong network of support.

According to the new report, Communities In Schools Pennsylvania achieved the following during the 2012-13 school year:

• 5 elementary schools, 12 middle schools and 41 high schools were served.
• Approximately 39,000 students were served by Communities In Schools Pennsylvania; 33,489 of students received Level One supports (school-wide prevention services) and 4,662 of students received Level Two supports (targeted and sustained interventions).
• 69% percent of seniors receiving targeted and sustained interventions (and for whom data were available) graduated.
• 75% percent of the students in grades K-11 who received targeted and sustained interventions (and for whom data were available) were promoted to the next grade.

“When I look at the state of education today and what it takes to serve the whole child—Communities in Schools is providing the solutions our schools, students and communities need” said C. Russell Mayo, Ed.D., Allentown School District Superintendent.

To raise awareness about Communities In Schools, a public awareness campaign is running nationwide, featuring short videos by Academy Award-winning filmmaker Errol Morris and photos by renowned photographer David Harriman. These videos and images are online at communitiesinschools.org.

Communities In Schools Pennsylvania is part of the national Communities In Schools network, which operates in more than 2,200 schools in the most challenged communities of 26 states and the District of Columbia. Working closely with school districts and partner organizations, Communities In Schools serves 1.3 million young people and their families each year. Based directly inside schools throughout the country, Communities In Schools connects students and their families to basic and critical educational and community-based resources, tailored to each student’s specific needs. Learn more about Communities In Schools Pennsylvania at www.cis-pa.org.

Changing the Picture of Education in Pennsylvania is one of more than two dozen Communities In Schools reports being released around the country today in time for graduations.

Moroccan Argan Oil is Liquid Gold!

If you stumbled upon a coveted elixir with unlimited applications that could practically reduce your arsenal of beauty products down to a single item, you would be delighted right?

Frisco, Texas, May 15, 2014 - Well that is exactly what is happening and customers are RAVE about Beauty by Earth’s Organic Moroccan Argan Oil. Demand for the product continues to take off and the argan oil reviews keep rolling in.

Here’s but a small taste of what people are saying about their argan oil results:

Shiny, frizz-free hair – Marcy Brown
I've used a LOT of Moroccan Oil/Argan oil products. I have long, thick, color-treated hair that frizzes, and this miracle oil is the only thing I've ever found to tame it. They all work, some better than others.

I was given the opportunity to try this oil. I was sure I'd like it. I'm surprised to LOVE it. It's quite different from the others. The first thing I did when I opened the bottle was sniff. I was actually surprised to find no smell--whatsoever. Honestly, I've gotten used to the "pleasant fragrance" of Moroccan oils, but sometimes it's a bit overpowering, especially when combined with other fragrances (shampoo, conditioner, etc). This is PURE oil, no additives, and has no scent. I love that. Second, as it's JUST OIL (instead of oil mixed with a list of unpronounceable synthetics), I soon learned that I have to use LESS. I put a dime-sized dollop in the palm of my hand and worked it into half of my hair like usual. I should have used that dime-sized dollop for my entire head of hair (did I mention my hair is THICK AND LONG). I was quite surprised by this. This bottle will really last.

Finally, I did the usually styling after using the oil--blow dryer and curling iron. My curls look better--healthier, and they're staying put even without hairspray.

I'm so pleased with this product. I'll definitely be back, and plan to make it part of my routine.

Highly recommend - Kandi
This oil is absolutely amazing! The number of uses is endless. i love the ideas they give you on the bottle! This is a product I am now hooked on and will be a lifetime customer!!

Go to product - Ivan
Being a hairstylist I have used many products on my hair as well as my clients but I love the versatility of this great argan oil!! My clients are loving it in there hair and I will continue recommending it :)

Great product - EM
I don't normally write reviews, but I found this oil looking for a good hair product and then I read about all the other uses it has. I ordered it and I have been using it in my hair and on my face as I have oily skin but it also tends to get quite dry. This oil is not greasy AT ALL and is awesome! It soaks into my skin. It is also fully natural with no other toxins. I also got a free peppermint Chapstick with my purchase. I have already recommended this oil to other people. On the box that the oil comes in, it lists all uses for the oil which is very handy. Thanks!

Hooked!! - Brittany C.
I was so excited to receive my argan oil today! I used my friends to try it out, and I loved it! I'm excited about using it for my hair and face, but am really looking forward to using it on my belly. I'm 7 months pregnant and have very sensitive skin. This kept my belly moisturized without irritation.

Best Argan Oil I've Tried - Amanda
I absolutely love my Beauty by Earth Argan Oil! I've found so many uses for it - from a few drops on dry skin to a great leave-in hair conditioner for super soft hair. I've been using the oil daily, but just a few drops goes a long way, so I expect the bottle to last quite awhile, making it worth every penny! I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

Love this - Aerialla Astrupgaard
The oil rubs right in with no residuals and I feel like my skin just sucks it up. Oh the Chapstick by this brand is phenomenal!

Loving my Argon Oil from Beauty By Earth!!! - Haley Birkelbach
This oil has been amazing for my face & hair! I've also used on my cracked heels and on dry skin on my children. I love it! Highly recommend --- it has so many uses and I am seeing amazing results!

It really works! - Diana Greve
I have only been using this Argan Oil for 6 days now but I can see that it is really working! Each day my skin looks healthier and feels very very soft -- like my 2 year old granddaughter's skin. The appearance of the fine lines on my face have already diminished too! Honestly, I was a bit skeptical given my age (66) plus a physical condition that severely drys out my skin. Needless to say I am thrilled with the results!

Beautiful moisturizer!!! - Jason Medeiros
Wow! My husband ordered this for me as I have trouble finding a moisturizer that will work for my skin. I have fair and somewhat sensitive skin, so I've tried all sorts of moisturizers with no luck. This oil is incredible. It doesn't irritate my skin at all and moisturizes it beautifully. I haven't been able to use moisturizers on my face for years, though sometimes id get desperate and use one of the new organic ones on the market, and just end up regretting it. I was reluctant to try it as it's oil, so I figured it would just make my skin oily, but it's not oily at all! My face looks clean and healthy again. I'd definitely recommend it. It's amazing being able to put a moisturizer on my face that's actually healthy for my skin!

Real Good Argan Oil! - Andrea Lewis
I love this! The same day I got it I used it on my face and the next day I noticed my skin looked smoother and less worn. I was really impressed by that as I use all kinds of natural things and this was really impressively fast at work.

Additionally my son had scratched his leg pretty badly that day and I didn't want it to scar or anything and I used this oil on his leg. It was also red. The next day with cleaning it and using the Argan oil, it was notably better and wasn't red anymore.

I am really happy with this product and have used it many times so far. This was my first time using Argan oil and am very happy with it!
It arrived so fast and was packaged in an attractive box that was fun to open :)

Glowing skin! - Jessica Radovic
I love this product! I started using it as soon as I received it and put it on my face at bedtime, as a serum, under my moisturizer. I look glowing! I almost took a "selfie" last night because I feel like my skin looks better with this product. I am impressed!

Love it - Ahvery Jepsen
I'm 6 months pregnant. Along with pregnancy can come itchy belly skin as the skin is stretching and belly is growing bigger. This morning my belly was itching so I rubbed some of my new organic Argan Oil onto my belly. The oil soothed my skin and the itching stopped instantly. What's even better is this oil is non-greasy and has the consistency more of a lotion than a greasy oil. Makes it nice for applying and putting clothes right back on over it. Can't wait to try it on my hair, nails, etc!! Would definitely recommend it to others - especially for the belly itching!

Beauty by Earth Argan Oil - Amy Olson
This stuff is awesome and has multi-uses. So far I have used it:
- In my hair as leave in conditioner
- My on dry feet
- At night on my face
- On my baby's bum
- Baby's dry feet

The results are pretty much instant, no more dryness and it results in soft skin!

I would highly recommend :)

Great moisturizing oil, love the bottle too - Olesja Mueller
I love how non-greasy the oil feels and it seems to moisturize really well. I use it on my heels, and around nails on hands and feet. I have really noticed improvement in dry skin there. I also applied to knees and hands, and it absorbs really well and doesn't leave any greasy residue. I heard a lot of good feedback about properties of Argan oil and a lot of my favorite products have it in them, so now I am trying it in its pure form. What I also really love is the bottle it comes in - it has a very convenient long glass dispenser, so you don't need to get a bunch of oil all over you while pouring out of a hole in plastic, like other products I have tried. You can target the problem areas and apply only there. Thus it goes a long way, since you use only as much as you need. I also plan on using on my hair and face as a night moisturizer. :) Oh, and it came with a super yummy lip balm, I love that it actually has almost eatable taste and it moisturizes lips super well.

Amazing! - Kelly Zacks
I've only used this oil once on my face a few days ago but it still feels fantastic. My order came with a free lip balm and after using it twice my lips felt better than they have in forever. I'm a Chapstick addict but think I will only use this lip balm from now on. Would be awesome to come in some different colors!!

Now that I've been using the oil a little longer I wanted to add that I had a little scar on my face that I noticed after the first couple of days getting lighter and now, about a month later, I swear it is totally gone! Also my stretch marks from pregnancy two years ago are almost totally gone! And I had a couple of tough dry spots of skin that I had been using coconut oil on daily but they were still dry. After just a few days of this Argan Oil, these spots are nice and soft again! I love this stuff!!

A wonderful multi-purpose product! - Misha Parodi
My first use was on my hair and it eliminated the frizz, as well as helped keep my hair looking good for two days without needing another wash and style.

The second use was for a little sunburn that was stinging and a bit painful. Within a few minutes of application the sting went away.

It also works well as gentle eye oil before going to bed or in the morning.
I am sure there is a myriad of other uses. I love that it is all natural, has no scent and really does work. Please do note the 4 oz size - it is very generous. Most products that come in these dropper bottles are 2 oz and seeing a product picture on the internet can be deceiving. This is in fact a good size bottle and lots of oil that will last for quite a while. The price for this amount cannot be beat, in my opinion. :)

I would recommend this to everyone - Jamie Somers
I purchased argan oil from Beauty By Earth a few weeks back and I have been using it daily and I LOVE this product. I have been using it for stretch marks which have visibly improved. I also use it as a daily moisturizer for my face in the morning and at night with my night cream. I love the way my skin feels since using the argan oil, it's smooth, not oily at all and lines and wrinkles I noticed before are fading. Thanks so much for this fantastic product!

Absolutely love this product - The Napiers
I had heard about this product through some mutual mommy friends. I received this and started using it right away. I live in a very humid climate so mine and my kids hair is constantly needing an Argan Oil to maintain the frizz that comes with living in this climate. I can't wait to use this for other suggestions as well (deep conditioner, facial product diaper rash, etc.). I also subscribed to the youtube channel they have. Great suggestions. Thank you!

Update: I started putting this on with my body lotion and face lotion (as suggested on the box). My skin loves it. It truly does soak/sink into your skin right away and doesn't leave an oily residue like some other Argan Oil products. So Happy!

Love this brand - Stella Bernardi
I have used a few different pure Argan oils, this is by far the best I've used. I use it on my hair after every shower and also on my skin because it gets dry very easily. My skin and hair feel amazing after using this product and one of the things I really like about it is that it's not too thick and doesn't make my hair feel oily just soft and shiny. I have fine hair and it's dry and I get so many compliments on my hair about how shiny it is! I would recommend this product to anyone, not just for hair but for skin as well.
Not only that, the shipping was super fast as soon as I ordered it the next day it was out the door and I love that!! I have bought products before where it's taken up to a week to get out the door when it was "in stock" and it's the worst wait when you buy something new and you're so excited for it to arrive and it takes forever!!

I Love this Oil and the bonus lip balm that comes with it! - Mary Kay Carr
I recently discovered Argan Oil from a friend. She was using this brand on her face and hair and she really looked good and her hair was shiny and healthy looking. She let me use some and I was hooked. I just love the fact they they give you a free lip balm that is all natural too. I am a chap stick addict and I am always on the lookout for something that doesn't contain chemicals and a bunch of wax. I have to have a tube in my car, my desk, by my bed and in my purse at all times. This is great stuff I wish they gave away 4 tubes in each box of Argan Oil :-). Highly recommend these products.

Great product - Sarah W
This product is so great for extremely dry skin. Living in a very dry climate I had cracked skin on my heels and this oil improved it 75% in just a few days. I had tried numerous foot creams that didn't really make a difference. Also really great when applied to lips before using chapstick or lipstick to avoid dryness.

Wonderful Product - Jamie Bristol
I've used many different Argan Oil products for my skin and hair and this is my favorite. Many other manufacturers add fragrance, or even dilute with other less expensive oils. This argan oil is also organic, which is awesome. The price is very reasonable, especially considering the size of the bottle. I've spent more on non-organic, diluted argan oil products in tiny bottles. I use this on my skin, nails and hair daily. My skin is very sensitive and I've not had any issues, which is not the case with other "pure" argan oil products I've used.

Someone finally found what Mother Nature has wanted us to have for centuries! - J. Reiss

An amazing product! Highly recommended.

I had no idea something so simple and so pure could have such immediate and positive effects on the human skin. For decades I've been a regular consumer of high-end, high-priced skin products with all sorts of complex ingredients and empty promises. I have spent many hundreds finding the right moisturizer for my "oily but dry" skin and have to keep spending more as they use up so easily.

It doesn't seem possible that an oil from nature could outdo what scientists have been trying to create--the perfect skin moisturizer. 3 small drops of this oil rubbed on my face after showering and I'm good for the rest of the day. I found that it absorbs in easily and my skin feels fresh all day. Even with daily use, this bottle will last a long, long time.

So glad I found this product and am recommending it to others.

Marty Goldstein Available for Interviews Additional Photography Available

Mountainsong Galleries in Carmel-by-the-Sea Announces They Are the Exclusive Gallery to Offer THE DOG MAN Marty Goldstein Stretch, Charlie and Sylvester Dogs!

Carmel-By-The-Sea, CA, May 12, 2014 - Mountainsong Galleries on Ocean Avenue in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California is the place to find more of today's OPA and AIS Master Artists than anywhere in the World. The gallery owners Jonathan and Lucinda Mountainsong have created a friendly, fun upbeat setting filled with contemporary Master Artists, whimsical and dramatic bronze sculptures, stunning glass art and custom wood furniture. Mountainsong represents some of the greatest artists of our time from coast-to-coast.

The gallery has announced they have become the only gallery in the World to carry THE DOG MAN Marty Goldstein Stretch, Charlie (Brown Patina), Charlie (Yellow Patina) and Sylvester collection. Each family has a large, medium and small dogs. Images attached.

Born and raised in San Diego, California, Marty at a very young age became infatuated with all manner of stuffed, furry creatures. Puppy dogs with long ears or short ears, a riot of expressions, and puppies with soulful eyes, soon became his most treasured possessions. As the early years went by, those funny stuffed animals were exchanged for a real live puppy dog who responded to his master with unmitigated love and who made him laugh time and again.

At the age of 62, Marty retired from the stressful corporate world.  And after taking numerous sculpting classes found himself eager to create a series of whimsical bronze dogs which he enjoys sharing with anyone who loves animals or who simply delights in beginning each day with a smile or a chuckle. These limited edition bronzes range in size from approximately 4 inches to 50 inches and are developed using the "lost wax process". The bronze dog sculptures are cast with high quality molten bronze and later have special patinas applied to bring the sculpture to life. This 3,000 year old tradition results in bronzes that owners will cherish for generations.

Marty Goldstein's dogs have found homes throughout the U.S., Canada, in Europe and in Asia. Renown Hospital in Reno and Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara exhibit the bronzes as an aid to their Healing Arts Programs. The FDR library in New York displays a likeness of Fala, FDR's prized Terrier.

To date, Marty has sculpted a collection of well over 100 dogs. He says "Whimsical dogs remind me that life sometimes gets too serious and that we need a release. Funny looking dogs do that for me" Look for this collection to continue to expand in the future.
